Excellent service great staff and an exceptionally patient doctor. There was no wait. I was taken immediately and the processing was short and effective. Great location easily accessible and with full validation.

Good experience. First time there. They take walk-ins or appointments, and I booked an appointment 1/2 hour ahead of time to allow for traffic. They also validate in the underground lot, which is nice. They are located on the north side of Olympic, just around the corner from the entrance to the center. I didn’t realize that, and I was looking all over for it until I asked someone. The center is pretty new still, so there some vacant storefronts. Once I was there, I presented my ID and insurance (they accept a bunch of plans), filled out some online forms, and they saw me after a short wait. The place is clean, comfortable, and the staff is professional and friendly. The doctor I saw was thorough and helped treat my condition and order a couple prescriptions at my pharmacy. I would recommend if you’re in the area and need an urgent care.

Registration was quick, nurse practitioner was very nice and gave me a good explanation on what I had, I was there no more than 45 minutes.

Staff is amazing. I never leave comments or reviews, but the experience I had was tremendously impressive starting with the front desk the check-in and how prompt I was seen left me speechless. Keep up the good work and thank you, thank you everyone!

I was very fortunate to stumble across this gem of an urgent care facility. Extremely clean, tidy and staffed with user-friendly, professional receptionist Lauren/nurse-xray tech Landon and attending provider Lily. All three set me at ease and were wonders at their jobs. Dr. Lily was bang-on in her assessment of my fast moving foot infection, and quickly directed me to where I needed to get optimal treatment. Landon sent my x-rays where they needed to be asap. Lauren was an absolute sweetheart in keeping the waiting area moving smoothly as well as keeping incoming patients (myself included!!) informed and calm. This is the place to be, my friends, when a medical issue enters your life! Thank you Dr. Lily, Landon and Lauren big time!

Everyone here was kind and understanding. They helped me every step of the way from filling out their forms online, which was way more convenient than paper forms, to getting me in quickly and helping me figure out what was wrong. This was probably the best experience I've ever had at an urgent care.

They really know how to take care of you here! Im so used to going to urgent care and the doctors/nurses just rushing to see me and get me out. They really took the time to understand my issues and provided good feedback.

Dr. Kenny was awesome!! I had an infected ingrown toenail, and I actually went somewhere else first, but they were unable to treat it and recommended I come here! I am so grateful they referred me here because there was virtually no wait time! The receptionist was very kind, and got me back as soon as I finished my paperwork! I was very nervous when I discovered my whole toenail would have to be removed, but Dr. Kenny easily calmed my nerves and used humor to distract me! He is quite funny! He did the procedure swiftly, and made sure i was comfortable and couldn't feel a thing! You can tell he really enjoys his job and working with people! This is the best urgent care I have ever been to, and I will definitely be returning if I need anything else treated!

Fast and efficient! I took my mom in to be seen. Mia at the front desk was very polite and helpful. Jose in the back office was super friendly, efficient and a sense of humor. Eric Vazquez the PA was knowledgeable and sympathetic towards my mother. Serge at check out was fast with the check out process and made it easy! Thank you all! Very pleasant visit!

The urgent care was very clean and sanitized. It was my first time and was seen so quickly. The staff and doctors were so polite and accommodating! Will definitely be my new go to urgent care.

This was one of the best experiences I’ve had when going to an urgent care. I called before to learn about how the process worked and the front desk person was lovely. I only had to wait about two hours. The person who did my vitals also had a great energy. It helped me stay calm in a stressful situation. Nurse/Doc Jaqueline was such a delight. She was very patient and you can tell her priority is to give great care. She’s thorough and made sure I was fully informed on how to take my medications. My diagnosis was a bit unusual and she reassured me. Five star treatment.

very clean and attended to me quick

The place is new and very clean. The staff is friendly and the care is good, but the patient portal isn't updated, so you can't see your visit summary or results. I went on the 4th and had to return yesterday to get my visit summary printed, since it's not available on my portal.

The entire team and staff were all kind, pleasant and attentive. I felt well taken care of!

All the staff were super helpful when I arrive there they answer my questions in a clear way and most important I felt they care about my medical situation so thank you I went there on 5/19/25

I have to do this again because my piece of shit cell phone iPhone 14 bought brand new from T-Mobile is doing things and I’m not telling you to do. It decided to submit my review without me pressing the submit button so please disregard the one that you see with my name on and don’t subscribe with T-mobile unless you have your own phone… Now let’s get to the good part… I am very grateful that this location decided to open up approximately two months ago. Last night I wound up contracting a serious pain in my lower back or my kidney, I could not decipher which one it actually was, I walked in and was gretted by Yhamina the intake personnel. She worked as fast as she possibly could to get everything in line ready for me to be seen done by the doctor. Anna who happened to be the facilitiys manager came out to ensure everything was operating smoothly. There were four individuals ahead of me and they were so generous they saw that I was in so much pain they brought me in immediately, which I did feel bad, however, I presume that since I was in that much pain, they wanted me to go first, which I’m greatly appreciative of. Lisa brought me in weighed me, took my height, sat me comfortably, and went to inform the doctor. The doctor Dominique came in with an a minute and a half. I explained what was occurring and she gave me a few recommendations what they could do so I did everything. The following day, which is today. I’m feeling much better. I recommend anyone to go to this place because of the hospitality they give. Just remember if there’s somebody else in much more they will take them ahead of you because there could be some seriously wrong with that individual and when it comes down to the pain and certain indicators of the body, time is of the essence, so they play it safe than sorry. In addition to all of this they reached out to me to follow up on my current state and how I was feeling, which was exemplary because my other doctors let alone specialists haven’t done that, and I’ve been a loyal patient to them for over ten years! Please no matter if it a cold or something urgent I recommend visiting the location.

Best Urgent Care Facility I had ever experienced. Lisa was very attentive & patient taking my vitals/blood to also answering all my questions. Nicole NP was also very kind, professional and extremely knowledgeable. X-ray tech was also wonderful. You’ll definitely receive excellent care here. Highly recommend! So glad I found this place.
